About this role
The successful candidate will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with evidence of improving outcomes particularly for those pupils are most vulnerable
Have experience and a secure knowledge of the National Curriculum and Pedagogy
Have evidence of the effective use of assessment and analysis in raising standards
Be able to work effectively with teaching assistants and other colleagues to maximise pupil outcomes
Have a commitment to work with others to carry the Trust’s vision forward
Have a commitment to supporting & developing the learning of SEND learners
Support the Principal in delivering the trust priorities as outlined in the Trusts Strategic Plan
