About this role
We are looking for a passionate and committed Lecturer - SEND specialist who understands the transformational impact of SEND education.
You should have:
A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE, Cert Ed or equivalent)In addition, you will demonstrate:
Experience teaching SEND students within Further EducationExperience delivering classes to students with a diverse range of Educational needsStrong understanding of inclusive teaching strategiesThe ability to differentiate effectively for mixed-ability groupsExperience tracking and monitoring learner progress using digital systemsStrong administrative and organisational skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsA commitment to safeguarding and learner wellbeing
