About this role
Work with teachers to support, guide and help our children succeed
Assist with the planning and preparation of activities, and in the delivery of local and national initiatives e.g. literacy and numeracy strategy
Be familiar with relevant Education, Health and Care Plans (EHCPs) and other individual plans for the pupils you support.
Assist with the preparation of classroom resources and learning materials.
Responsible for the supervision of pupils during the midday break maintaining discipline and creating a positive atmosphere.
Distribute meals, wash and stack away tables, chairs, and clean dining area as required.
