Main duties of the job The role of a Care Assistant involves providing high-quality personal care and support to residents, assisting with medication administration and recording, supporting residents with daily living activities and routines, building meaningful relationships and providing companionship, helping enrich residents' lives through activities, hobbies, and social engagement, and promoting residents' dignity, independence, and well-being. You will work as part of a caring team to deliver outstanding person-centered care. No experience in care is required for this role, but all applicants must have a minimum of 12 months' right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship is not available). You'll need to be compassionate, patient, and great with people.

Experience in care is required for this role Compassionate, patient and great with people Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship) Care Assistant at 42 hours per week working a mixture of day and night shifts to include alternative weekends Day shifts are 8am to 8pm and nights shifts are 8pm to 8amWhether youre listening to residents wonderful life stories, helping with daily routines, or simply being a friendly face that brightens their day, youll be making a real difference to their lives.

Qualifications Essential
Experience in care is required for this role, along with the right to work in the UK for at least 12 months and the ability to work a mixture of day and night shifts including alternating weekends. Compassionate, patient, and people-oriented individuals are sought for this role.
