What we offer includes £14.36 per hour, refer a friend scheme up to £1000, ongoing career development, and fully funded training up to QCF Level 5. We're looking for a minimum 12 months right to work in the UK, at least 2 years experience in social care, and QCF Level 2 or above. The role requires 42 hours per week (day shifts) and the availability to work alternate weekends. Your role includes providing high-quality care and companionship, supporting residents with personal care and daily living, encouraging independence and wellbeing, planning and taking part in meaningful activities and outings, overseeing medication administration, and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications Essential
