Main duties of the job The role of a Care Team Leader at Agincare involves guiding and supporting the care staff to provide high-quality care to residents. The position requires working 40 hours per week on day shifts with availability on alternate weekends. Person Specification
Qualifications Essential
At least 2 years of experience in social care and a minimum QCF Level 2 qualification are required. Applicants must have a minimum of 12 months right to work in the UK.
