What you'll do You’ll be responsible for shaping our commercial experience by:Drive Revenue & Expand Footprint: Own and execute end-to-end sales strategies to scale Silverflow’s presence across target segments—from mid-market disruptors to global enterprise powerhouses (Payfacs, PSPs, Acquiring banks, and Global Commerce platform). Execute Consultative Sales Cycles: Partner with senior leadership and marketing to run sophisticated, full-cycle consultative sales processes from initial prospect to signed deal. Build & Prospect Strategic Pipelines: Proactively identify, target, and convert opportunities through direct outreach, strategic partnerships, and major international industry events/conferences. Forge High-Trust Relationships: Build long-lasting, trust-based relationships with stakeholders, driving maximum customer satisfaction and long-term lifetime value. Be the Voice of the Customer: Act as a critical bridge between the market and our product/engineering teams, feeding real-time customer insights back to shape our roadmap. Collaborate Across Departments: Work cross-functionally with marketing, legal, and operational teams to optimize sales development, craft custom proposals, and negotiate contracts alongside legal counsel. Maintain Sales Rigor: Keep accurate pipeline metrics and activity reporting in our in-house CRM to continuously optimize sales performance and conversion ratesSeamless Account Handoffs: Ensure flawless transitions of won accounts to our Account Management team to set clients up for immediate, scalable success.
