What you'll do Silverflow processes nearly a billion transactions annually. Our clients rely on our systems, data, and reports for critical operations like payment processing, merchant payouts, and risk management. As an Operations Analyst, you play a vital role in ensuring our platform and operational deliverables remain accurate, timely, and complete.You will collaborate closely with Product, Data, Engineering, and Account Management teams to triage incidents, investigate root causes, implement permanent solutions, and resolve complex customer inquiries. As we scale, you will continuously improve Silverflow’s operational efficiency by automating manual workflows, building internal dashboards, and elevating the customer experience.
