What you'll do Silverflow processes nearly a billion transactions annually. Our clients rely on our systems, data and reports for critical operations like payment processing, merchant payouts, and compliance & risk management. As our POS Operations Analyst, you play a vital part in ensuring our physical and smart terminal payment environments are reliable, compliant, and seamlessly integrated.You will be our subject matter expert for point-of-sale integrations, owning L3 terminal certifications, smart POS device testing and post-launch troubleshooting. You will collaborate closely with Product, Data and Engineering teams to turn operational hiccups into automated, permanent solutions. As we scale the platform at an accelerating pace, you will focus on safeguarding transaction approval rates, refining terminal payment flows and continuously improving Silverflow’s PPOS operational efficiency.
