Job Purpose Create the learning and field-excellence engine for MoonLake's U.S. launch organization. This is a working-leader role responsible for Sales and FRM capability-building, manager development, launch readiness, certification, and reinforcement - not a traditional classroom-training role. Your profile Major Accountabilities<ul><li>Build the U.S. field learning strategy and capability model for Sales and Field Re-imbursement.</li><li>Design and lead onboarding, disease-state education, product training, access ca-pability, customer engagement, business planning, and launch-readiness programs.</li><li>Own Sales and FRM certification standards in partnership with Legal/Compli-ance, Medical, Market Access, and functional leadership.</li><li>Develop first-line and second-line manager coaching capabilities, field-coaching tools, and leadership-development programs.</li><li>Lead launch meeting, Plan of Action meeting, and readiness-simulation design; ensure field teams can execute in realistic customer and access scenarios.</li><li>Create readiness scorecards and reinforcement plans based on observed capability gaps, field performance, and launch feedback.</li><li>Manage external training vendors, curriculum partners, and facilitation resources as needed.</li><li>Lead the training team and work cross functionally and collaboratively so content building and execution is in sync with organizational goals</li><li>Partner with Field Compensation, Sales leadership, FRM leadership, Medical and Analytics so training supports the behaviours that matter.</li></ul> Job Requirements Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology commercial, field leadership, training, or sales-excellence experience.</li></ul>Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:<ul><li>Demonstrated experience leading training for a significant product launch.</li><li>Experience with specialty sales and access/reimbursement capability building.</li><li>Strong adult-learning, facilitation, curriculum-design, coaching, and performance-consulting skills.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to build programs from scratch and operate with limited infrastructure.</li><li>Strong cross-functional leadership</li></ul> Why us? <strong style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;font-weight:600;font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">An exciting job opportunity awaits you!
