Job Purpose Build MoonLake's field incentive-compensation governance from the ground up. This role will translate launch strategy into clear, fair and motivating incentive plans; own payout governance and quality; and provide trusted performance analytics across Sales and other eligible field organizations. Your profile Major Accountabilities<ul><li>Design, model and govern incentive-compensation plans aligned with U.S. strategy, role accountabilities and compliant behaviours.</li><li>Lead annual and in-year IC governance, including goal methodology, plan documents, approvals, scenario testing and change control.</li><li>Own payout calculations, data validation, quality assurance, exception handling, dispute resolution and field communications.</li><li>Partner with Sales leadership, Finance, HR, Legal/Compliance, Analytics and external vendors to ensure plans are transparent, defensible and operationally sound.</li><li>Develop performance dashboards and analyses that help leaders understand re-sults, trends, quota attainment and execution opportunities.</li><li>Support quota-setting, territory alignment and performance-measure decisions in coordination with Commercial Analytics.</li><li>Create clear governance processes and service-level expectations with external IC/data vendors.</li><li>Build trust with field teams through accuracy, responsiveness, fairness and trans-parent communication.</li><li>Conduct periodic field engagement to understand how plan design is affecting behaviour and where unintended consequences may exist.</li><li>Manage vendors associated with sales operations such as and not limited to (Fleet, Awards Programs, Sampling Vendors and Fuel Cards)</li></ul> Job Requirements Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's degree required in business, finance, operations or a related field; MBA or advanced analytics degree preferred.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>8+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology incentive compensation, sales operations, commercial analytics or sales-force effectiveness experience.</li></ul>Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:<ul><li>Deep experience with IC design, payout operations, plan governance and U.S. pharmaceutical data sources.</li><li>Strong Excel/data-modeling skills; experience with BI tools and IC platforms preferred.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate complex quantitative concepts to field and executive audiences.</li><li>Strong cross-functional influence, confidentiality, judgment and compliance awareness.</li><li>Experience managing external vendors and high-stakes operational deadlines.</li></ul> Why us? <strong style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;font-weight:600;font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">An exciting job opportunity awaits you!
