Job Purpose Build and lead MoonLake's national Field Medical organization in support of the sonelokimab scientific program. The leader will manage six MSLs, establish the scientific-engagement model, shape KOL strategy and medical insights, and ensure the field medical team operates with clear independence from promotional objectives. Your profile Major Accountabilities<ul><li>Build and lead a national team of six launch-caliber Field Science Leads across priority U.S. regions and strategic academic centers.</li><li>Define the Field Medical strategy, scientific platform, KOL segmentation, engagement model and annual objectives aligned with the U.S. Field Medical Plan along with Global Medical Affairs.</li><li>Coach Field Science Lead on peer-to-peer scientific exchange, data interpretation, insight generation, congress engagement and compliant external interactions.</li><li>Establish processes for high-quality medical insights, synthesis and pull-through into evidence generation, medical education and strategic planning.</li><li>Lead field execution for advisory boards, congresses, investigator engagement and other initiatives that will involve partnership with Medical Affairs and other relevant functions.</li><li>Partner with the key leaders in Medical Affairs to build scientific onboarding, certification and ongoing capability development.</li><li>Collaborate compliantly with Commercial, Market Access and Patient Services while preserving medical independence.</li><li>Track field medical impact through quality measures through CRM of KOL coverage, scientific-exchange quality, insight usefulness and outcomes</li></ul> Job Requirements Education:<ul><li>Advanced scientific/clinical degree required (PharmD, PhD, MD, DO, NP or PA).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotechnology Medical Affairs experience with substantial field medical experience.</li><li>3+ years of MSL or field-medical people leadership strongly preferred.</li></ul>Skills/knowledge/behavioural competencies:<ul><li>Immunology, dermatology or related inflammatory-disease expertise preferred; HS experience highly valued.</li><li>Demonstrated experience launching a field medical team, a product, or a new therapeutic-area capability.</li><li>Strong scientific communication, coaching, compliance judgment and cross-functional influence.</li><li>Experience with KOL strategy, congress planning, medical insights and evidence-generation interfaces.</li></ul> Why us? <strong style="border:0px solid;margin:0px;font-weight:600;font-family:Inter, '-apple-system', BlinkMacSystemFont, 'Segoe UI', Roboto, 'Helvetica Neue', 'Open Sans', 'system-ui', '-apple-system', 'Segoe UI', Roboto, Ubuntu, Cantarell, 'Noto Sans', sans-serif, 'Apple Color Emoji', 'Segoe UI Emoji';font-size:14px;font-style:normal;text-transform:none;background-color:rgb(255,255,255);">An exciting job opportunity awaits you!
