Job Purpose The Director, Business Intelligence will serve as a strategic partner to the Commercial organisation, ensuring that market, customer, patient, payer and competitive insights are translated into actionable business decisions that accelerate launch readiness and optimise commercial performance. As MoonLake prepares for a major product launch in Dermatology, this individual will lead the business intelligence function, generating insights that inform brand strategy, go-to-market planning, market access, customer engagement, investment prioritisation and launch execution. This role requires a proven launch professional with demonstrated experience supporting the successful pre-launch, launch and post-launch phases of a specialty pharmaceutical or biotechnology brand. The individual will integrate primary market research, secondary analytics, healthcare claims data, competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, anticipate risks and influence key commercial decisions. Working closely with Marketing, Commercial Analytics, Market Access, the individual will ensure the organisation maintains a deep understanding of customers, market dynamics, marketing analytics and competitive developments throughout the launch journey.
