Job Summary
The Registered Nurse provides professional nursing care within an assigned unit, delivering individualized, age-specific, and direct bedside care in alignment with the nursing process and patient needs. This role collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care planning and ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Serves as a clinical leader by assessing, planning, delegating, and exercising independent judgment in directing other healthcare staff in the provision of safe, effective care. • Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice while supporting patient goals. • Ensures safety guidelines and work practices. • Directs patient care, participates in hourly rounding and supervision of healthcare team members. • Promotes safe and efficient patient throughput in a high-volume acute care setting to optimize workflow and daily operations in a procedure-driven facility.

• Minimum Requirements • Education: Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school • Certifications: • License to practice as a Registered Nurse in the State of Arizona • BLS required at hire • ACLS required within 30-days.
