A Senior Data Engineer responsible for building and managing the company’s data warehouse and reporting infrastructure. The role ensures that data from different systems and APIs is reliably collected, transformed, stored in PostgreSQL, and prepared for accurate and efficient Power BI reporting. In short: they own the data pipeline from source systems to the final reporting layer, while ensuring data quality, performance, reliability, and maintainability. Lead generation Specialist will own lead generation from source to Sales. You’ll figure out which channels bring in leads worth pursuing, fix the gaps in how we track them, and then grow what works. From paid search and social to landing pages and partnerships, you’ll manage acquisition, spend, and performance cutting what doesn’t deliver and scaling what does. Work schedule: Monday - Friday from 15:00 till 23:00 Own lead source tracking end to end , ensuring every lead has accurate and reliable attribution. Define lead qualification criteria with Sales and continuously validate lead quality against real outcomes. Manage day-to-day lead acquisition channels and budgets , optimizing spend toward what delivers. Own consent and suppression standards , stopping campaigns or sends that don’t meet requirements. Track and report lead volume, source, quality, and progression on a consistent cadence. Identify and fix conversion leaks across the funnel , from first visit through to lead capture. Work closely with Sales to close the feedback loop and improve the quality of leads entering the pipeline.
