Lead the Commercial Development team to consistently achieve new business revenue targets. Use strong industry and regulatory knowledge, including EPR requirements, to help clients navigate changing compliance needs. Oversee client accounts to ensure contracts, billing, and service delivery are managed effectively and clients remain satisfied. Track sales activity and progress toward targets, supporting monthly forecasting, Quarterly Business Reviews, annual budgeting, and long-term business planning. Lead weekly activity and pipeline reviews with Commercial Development Managers, Customer Care, and Compliance teams. Identify opportunities to expand client relationships, introduce additional services, and develop tailored solutions that drive growth. Build relationships and collaborate with industry associations and professionals across the EPR consulting and environmental services sectors. Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and strengthen long-term partnerships. Monitor market and competitive activity and provide insights to leadership to support business strategy. Partner with Marketing to align events and marketing initiatives with business development goals. Collaborate with Customer Care and Environmental Compliance teams to ensure high-quality client service, improve processes, and identify opportunities for expanded services. This position is eligible for commission. The posted total compensation range does not include commission earnings.
