Please note this is a 2 year FTC We’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Risk Manager to help shape and strengthen our approach to risk management across the business. Working in a highly regulated aviation environment, you'll provide enterprise-wide oversight, insight and challenge, ensuring risks and opportunities are effectively identified, assessed and managed. Partnering with senior stakeholders across the organisation, you'll support strategic decision-making, improve organisational resilience, and drive the continued development of our Integrated Risk Management framework and systems. As an Enterprise Risk Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the organisation’s ability to identify, assess and manage risk across the business. Working closely with senior leaders, Risk Owners, governance forums and assurance teams, you will coordinate enterprise‑wide risk activity and provide clear, actionable insight. Your work will directly support informed decision‑making, organisational resilience and the safe, compliant and sustainable delivery of operations. Senior Stakeholder Exposure: Gain regular exposure to senior leaders, strengthening your credibility and experience in high‑level governance and assurance. Autonomy & Ownership: Take ownership of the enterprise risk framework and systems, with the scope to shape processes, drive improvement and leave a lasting impact.
