We are looking for a senior compliance and airworthiness specialist to lead oversight across engineering and maintenance activity. You will hold ARC Signatory responsibility and make independent decisions on aircraft airworthiness. Your work will ensure regulatory compliance, support safe operations, and protect the organisation’s licence to operate. Why AirTanker? As Senior Fleet Engineering Compliance Monitoring Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining the continued airworthiness and regulatory compliance of the fleet. Acting as an ARC Signatory and CAA-approved post holder, you will provide independent technical oversight, lead compliance monitoring and audit activities, and ensure aircraft, maintenance records, and engineering processes meet UK CAA and organisational requirements. Working closely with Engineering, CAMO, Quality Assurance, operational teams, and regulators, you will support safe fleet operations, regulatory approvals, and continuous improvement across the business.
