About this role
Purpose Supply Chain Executive will manage and optimize our end-to-end supply chain operations, with a strong focus on e-commerce fulfillment, inventory management, 3PL coordination (multi country set-up), inbound logistics, and freight operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in fast-paced environments and a strong command of MS Office tools. Key Accountabilities E-commerce Operations Oversee order fulfillment processes for e-commerce channels to ensure timely and accurate deliveries Monthly capacity planning for better forecasting and execution Coordinate with warehouse, Ecom business team & customer service teams to resolve order-related issues Monitor order flow & returns processing on time Inventory Management Track stock movements, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure data accuracy Generate inventory reports and forecasts to support planning decisions as required Third-party logistics (3PL) Coordination Manage relationships with 3PL partners Monitor service levels, KPIs, and ensure compliance with SLAs Monthly & yearly forecast & capacity planning for space requirements & fulfillment Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments with 3PL providers Manage custom audit & reconciliation Inbound & Freight Management Plan and track inbound shipments from suppliers (local & international) Coordinate freight movement (air/sea/road), customs clearance, and documentation Optimize freight costs and delivery timelines Monitor & tracking Inbound Goods Received Note (GRN) Process & Reporting Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory status, and logistics costs Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and reduce costs Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements Key Accountabilities (Continued) Job Dimensions Communication & working relationships Customers - Internal & External stakeholders Nature of Interaction - Exchanges basic information to audiences knowledgable of subject matter Financial Accountability Revenue targets - Indirect individual contributor Operational targets - Indirect Managerial contributor Manpower budget - Not applicable Company Goals Supports achievement of goals through personal contribution Functional & Technical skills Microsoft Office Suite - Advanced Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Outlook (Excel skills like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP preferred) English - Good verbal and written communication Arabic - Not applicable Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and coordination abilities Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Job knowledge and requirements Prior experience in sport or retail industry SAP knowledge is an added advantage Strong experience in: E-commerce operations Inventory management systems 3PL coordination Freight & inbound logistics Qualifications And Experience Qualifications: Essential Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field Previous Experience: Essential 3-5 years job related experience in supply chain/logistics operations Competencies Building Trust Respecting Our Culture Collaborating Meaningfully Thinking Strategically Acting Entrepreneurially Enabling Agility Growing Talent Behaving Ethically Delivering Responsibly Persevering Resiliently Competency Category Leading self
