Job summary You'll support people in their own homes through skilled nursing care, helping them maintain their health, independence and well being. As part of a supportive District Nursing team, you will deliver high-quality care to people with a wide range of health needs. You will work closely with patients, families, carers and partner organisations to ensure care is safe, effective and tailored to individual needs. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference every day while developing your clinical skills in a community setting.
Main duties of the job What you'll do:
