Field Technical Supervisor
Job Description: Monitors the daily responsibilities, events, and personnel providing support for communications equipment, VeriFone, personal computers, printers, networking and other information technology related equipment hardware and software.
Job Qualifications: Four years of experience in computer technical support.
Or
Bachelor's degree in information technology and two years of experience in computer technical support.
