Job summary
The Training Facilitator focus on Learning Disability & Autism Training (i.e. OMMT) will work as part of the Education and Development Team, and alongside Subject Matter Experts (SME's), in the development and delivery of training programmes including Trust Corporate Induction, Organisational Development and statutory and mandatory training, according to service need, reflecting a responsive, flexible and outreach model of delivery.
Main duties of the job
To work as an integral member of the Education and Development Team in the delivery of Trust Induction, Organisational Development (OD), Mandatory and Statutory Training.
Role model for theLearning Disability & Autism programme, cascading training to all professional groups, operating flexibly building strong partnerships and collaborative approaches with key stakeholders including our Experts By Experience (EBE's).
To ensure delivery of in service educational programmes that are customer focussed and responsive to the service needs that provide robust delivery on core elements of training and to ensure the organisation complies with legislative requirements and quality and safety standards
To facilitate Learning Disability & Autism i.e. OMMT training to all Trust employees to maintain and enhance their competence by training, supervising, mentoring, facilitating and evaluating learning in both classroom and workplace
Support and co-facilitate the Learning Disability & Autism i.e. OMMT with EBE's
