Job SummaryYou will serve as a Digital Infrastructure Operations Manager in the Digital Infrastructure Branch, Digital Engineering Division, Mission Operations and Integration Department of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.
QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (DS-05/GS-12-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: Integrating, aligning, and synchronizing diverse IT infrastructures, network transit pathways, and customer support pipelines to ensure high system availability, security compliance, and optimal service delivery across the enterprise. Directing workload allocation, establishes operational performance baselines (KPIs/SLAs), formulates budget justifications and procurement strategies, and leads cross-functional teams of civil service and contract personnel to achieve agency-wide modernization objectives; Managing complex, multi-tiered IT delivery systems and infrastructure platforms; Executing strategic planning and lifecycle budgeting for hardware/software modernization; Implementing enterprise cybersecurity frameworks, including DISA STIGs and Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls across networks and server environments; and Analyzing performance indicators to optimize end-user support and service management structures. Major DutiesYou will plan, direct, implement and execute technical programs, policies, and management actions.You will direct, coordinate, and oversee Digital Infrastructure work across the supporting teams, including monitoring quality of product deliverables, and making decisions on technical and fiscal issues presented by subordinate personnel.You will support branch leadership in the development of budget submission artifacts.
