Location: Tilbury, OntarioHourly Rate: $21.97?$28.75, plus applicable shift premiumsSchedule: 12-hour continental rotating shiftsAbout the PositionResilient Structures is currently seeking a dependable and motivated General Labourer for our manufacturing facility in Tilbury, Ontario.As part of our production team, you will contribute to daily manufacturing operations by preparing materials, supporting equipment operation, inspecting products, and completing finishing activities. This opportunity is well suited to someone who enjoys hands-on work, values quality and safety, and works effectively as part of a team.Our workplace culture is built on teamwork, accountability, respect, safety, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoAssist with daily manufacturing processes such as filament winding, mandrel preparation, fiberglass handling, drill and cut operations, extractor crane support, and module preparationPrepare poles, modules, and customer orders for shipment by completing cutting, drilling, nesting, packaging, and other finishing workSet up and operate production machinery in accordance with established procedures and work instructionsPerform basic equipment troubleshooting and routine maintenance, including cleaning, lubricating, and sealingInspect incoming materials, products in progress, and finished goods to confirm quality requirements are metReport product quality issues and support the Quality team with testing, inspections, and documentationSafely operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material-handling equipment once properly trained and certifiedMaintain organized material-storage areas and a clean, safe, and productive workspaceUse hand and power tools safely while completing assigned production tasksCross-train in different areas of production and assist other departments when neededContribute to lean manufacturing and continuous improvement activitiesComply with all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and housekeeping standardsComplete additional related responsibilities as assignedWhat You'll BringA high school diploma or equivalentPrevious forklift or lift-truck experienceManufacturing or industrial experience is preferredOverhead crane experience is an assetExperience safely using tools such as drills, saws, grinders, routers, and nailersBasic ability to interpret blueprints and engineering drawingsAbility to work with metric and imperial measurementsCapacity to repeatedly lift 30 kg or more and remain standing for extended periodsComfort working in hot, humid, and changing manufacturing conditionsStrong attention to detail, reliability, and a team-oriented approachWork ConditionsThis is a physically active manufacturing position involving regular standing, lifting, bending, and repetitive movement.
