THE OPPORTUNITY We're seeking a proactive and technically skilled Maintenance Supervisor to support plant operations and equipment reliability. Reporting to the Manager, Facilities & Maintenance, you will lead daily maintenance coordination, troubleshoot equipment issues, and partner closely with skilled trades and production teams to minimize downtime and ensure safe, efficient operations. In this role, you will oversee work orders, support preventative maintenance, interact with vendors, contribute to safety initiatives, and participate in continuous improvement and Lean activities. WHAT YOU WILL DO
• Lead daily maintenance operations to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient equipment performance across the plant. • Review downtime reports and shift summaries to identify issues, coordinate repairs, and minimize production interruptions. • Support and guide skilled trades staff, providing troubleshooting assistance and technical direction as needed. • Oversee work order management, including creation, scheduling, parts coordination, and follow-up to ensure timely completion. • <span style="font-size: 11.0pt; font-family: 'Calibri',sa
