Location: Tilbury, Ontario Compensation: $21.97 – $28.75 per hour + Shift Premiums Schedule: This role follows a 12-hour continental rotating schedule and is based at our Tilbury, Ontario manufacturing facility. About the Role Resilient Structures is looking for a motivated General Labourer to join our manufacturing team in Tilbury. In this role, you will help support day-to-day production activities by preparing materials, assisting with equipment operation, and ensuring finished products meet our quality standards. Key Responsibilities
• Support various production processes, including filament winding, drill and cut operations, mandrel preparation, extractor crane assistance, fiberglass handling, and module preparation • Set up production equipment, perform basic troubleshooting, and operate machinery according to established work instructions • Inspect raw materials, work-in-progress, and completed products to verify quality standards and report any concerns • Prepare poles, modules, and customer orders for shipment through cutting, drilling, nesting, packaging, and related finishing activities • Organize and store materials to maintain an efficient and productive work area • Complete routine maintenance tasks such as cleaning, lubricating, sealing, and maintaining equipment and tools • Assist the Quality team with inspections, testing, and required documentation • Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and other material handling equipment when appropriately trained and certified • Cross-train in other production areas and provide support where required • Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives • Follow all company safety policies, PPE requirements, and housekeeping expectations • Perform other related duties as assigned Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent • Previous forklift/lift truck experience is required; overhead crane experience is considered an asset • Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred • Ability to safely use hand and power tools, including drills, saws, grinders, routers, and nailers • Basic ability to read blueprints, engineering drawings, and work with both metric and imperial measurements • Physically capable of repeatedly lifting 30 kg or more • Able to
