*Position Summary*
We are hiring a *Part-Time Pharmacy Assistant* to support daily pharmacy operations and patient service. *No prior pharmacy experience is required* ? we will train the right person.
*Most important:* This role requires someone who is *kind, patient, calm, and cheerful*, as our patients are vulnerable and highly sensitive.
Hiring is based on a *paid trial period*, with no guarantee of continued employment after the trial.
*Responsibilities*
* Greet and assist patients with warmth, respect, and professionalism * Support prescription workflow and pharmacy organization under pharmacist supervision * Assist with filing, inventory, and daily operational tasks * Perform *pharmacy deliveries as required* (compensated accordingly) * Follow pharmacy policies, privacy rules, and safety standards
*Paid Trial Period*
* *Paid trial period at least one week (not more than 4 weeks)* * Continued employment will be based on performance and overall fit
*Qualifications*
* *No experience required* ? training provided * Positive attitude, empathy, and strong communication skills * Comfortable working with patients in an addiction-treatment setting * Reliable, punctual, and respectful * Valid driver?s license required for delivery duties
*Compensation*
* Hourly wage (paid during trial) * Delivery duties compensated separately according to pharmacy policy
