We are seeking a dedicated Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team in Canada. We are seeking a reliable, professional, and patient-focused *Part-Time or Full-Time Pharmacist* to join our team.
*Responsibilities*
* Provide safe and accurate prescription dispensing * Counsel patients on medications and health concerns * Perform medication reviews and other clinical services * Administer injections and vaccinations where authorized * Support daily pharmacy workflow and pharmacy staff * Maintain compliance with OCP standards and pharmacy policies * Provide respectful, confidential, and compassionate patient care * Assist with methadone and opioid agonist treatment services
*Qualifications*
* Licensed and in good standing with the Ontario College of Pharmacists * Valid professional liability insurance * Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Experience with *methadone, Suboxone, Sublocade, or other OAT services is strongly preferred* * Fillware experience is an asset * Position Details * Part-time or full-time hours available
