ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a friendly, people-first Customer Care Representative to join our team in person at one of our GTA locations. This is a hands-on role where you will be the face of the brand, helping customers directly and making sure every interaction leaves them feeling good. If you are someone who genuinely enjoys talking to people and wants to be part of a young, motivated team with real room to grow, this one is for you.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Meeting customers face to face and delivering a warm, helpful experience - Using our in-house tablet system to access accounts, products, and customer history in real time - Entering and submitting accurate customer data through our in-house app - Answering questions, solving problems, and making people feel taken care of - Working alongside a close-knit team in a fast, upbeat office environment
