• Build and manage client relationships rooted in trust, clarity, and results • Identify programs and select the one most beneficial to the customer • Guide customers through simple documentation process and connection to the appropriate department • Own the sales cycle from initial conversation to close and beyond • Track performance metrics and continuously optimize client outcomes • Collaborate with internal teams and attend all workshops and meetings What You Bring
