Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements: Strong hands-on Epicor ERP experience.Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain environments.Experience with Epicor implementations, configuration, or optimisation.Strong understanding of operational business processes.Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.Ability to work confidently with both operational teams and senior leadership.Epicor Kinetic, MRP, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, BAQs, BPMs, integrations/APIs, EDI, or multi-site environments would be advantageous. Responsibilities: Gather requirements and translate business needs into Epicor solutions.Map and improve manufacturing, distribution, and supply chain processes.Configure and support Epicor ERP functionality.Support implementations, upgrades, testing, and go-live activities.Troubleshoot complex functional issues.Work with technical teams on integrations and system enhancements.Provide user training and knowledge transfer.Build strong relationships with business stakeholders and senior management.Deliver the functional delivery of Epicor across implementations, upgrades, and optimisation projects.
