Requirements: Proven expertise in testing contact centre telephony platforms.Strong knowledge of telephony testing tools, techniques and methodologies.Demonstrable capability in delivering test automation within a contact centre environment.Strong understanding of maintaining traceability between requirements, tests and defects.Proven capability in planning and delivering non-functional testing, including performance, scalability, resilience, accessibility and operational acceptance testing.Ability to provide strategic testing leadership, shaping quality practices across product teams and the wider testing community. Responsibilities: Lead quality assurance activities across complex contact centre platforms.Define test strategies and embed best practice across the delivery lifecycle.Collaborate with engineers, architects, product managers and stakeholders to deliver reliable, secure and resilient services.Use manual testing, test automation, functional testing and non-functional testing to identify risks early and improve delivery confidence.Support successful releases for digital telephony services used by millions of citizens and colleagues.Provide technical leadership within the wider testing community.Promote a shift-left approach to quality engineering.Help teams build scalable, high-performing digital services.
