Requirements: Experience designing end-to-end services that solve complex problems while balancing user needs, business goals and policy objectives.A strong understanding of evidence-based service design methods, using research, insight, storytelling and visualisation techniques to deliver better outcomes.The ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, building consensus and supporting decision-making across multidisciplinary teams.Experience leading workshops and service design activities, creating collaborative environments that enable teams to deliver user-centred services.A proven track record of identifying opportunities for improvement, analysing service performance and solving complex user and business challenges.A passion for championing user-centred design, sharing best practice and promoting service design standards across teams and communities.
