We are a well-established organisation with a varied and business-critical IT environment supporting users across multiple sites and remote locations. We are hiring an IT Service Desk Engineer to join our IT Services team in Cheltenham on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a hands-on role with broad exposure across desktop and hardware support, networking, Microsoft technologies, telephony, AV and wider infrastructure. We offer a salary of £27,500 to £32,000 per annum, a supportive and collaborative IT team, and the opportunity to develop your technical skills while contributing to projects and continuous service improvement.
