We are hiring a User Researcher for our Digital Customer Experience practice in Manchester with a hybrid working model of 3 days per week on-site. This is a permanent role offering a salary of £60,000-£75,000 plus benefits. We work on complex transformation programmes and focus on putting users at the heart of what gets designed.
