Salary: £80,000 - 90,000 per year
Requirements: Solid experience in service design, with a portfolio showing research through to delivery and impactStrong user-centred design and research skillsExperience with service mapping, prototyping and workshop facilitationConfidence engaging and influencing stakeholders using evidenceExperience working in agile, fast-paced, multidisciplinary environmentsKnowledge of government service standards and accessibility principlesGDS assessment experience is a plusSecurity Check (SC) clearance eligibility is required, including continuous UK residency for the last five years, alongside the relevant eligibility requirements Responsibilities: Research users and stakeholders to uncover needs, pain points and opportunitiesEvaluate services for usability, accessibility and effectivenessCreate journeys, service maps, prototypes and tangible design solutionsFacilitate workshops and co-creation sessions with stakeholdersTranslate insight into clear opportunities for user and business valueWork closely with multidisciplinary teams to take ideas into deliveryChampion a holistic, user-centred approach to service design Technologies: SecurityUX UI Design More:
