If you have hands-on experience with electrical systems, HVAC, mechanical maintenance, generators, UPS systems, or critical facility operations, we want to hear from you.What You'll DoAsa Critical Facilities Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, monitoring, and repairing critical infrastructure systems that support data center operations.Key Responsibilities

• Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on critical and non-critical facility equipment • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot HVAC, plumbing, generators, temperature controls, fire detection and suppression systems, and Building Management Systems (BMS) • Support electrical operations, maintenance programs, and energy management initiatives within a critical facilities environment • Execute work according to established MOPs, SOPs, ERPs, and maintenance procedures • Monitor and operate critical electrical and mechanical systems • Coordinate and oversee maintenance activities performed by contractors and vendors • Complete preventative and corrective maintenance work orders and document activities within a CMMS system • Respond quickly to facility alarms, equipment failures, emergencies, and customer concerns Required QualificationsMust Have

• 3-5+ years of hands-on experience supporting critical electrical or mechanical systems • Experience working with one or more of the following: • Electrical distribution systems • HVAC systems • Generators • UPS systems • Critical facilities environments • Industrial maintenance • Data centers • Building automation systems

• Strong troubleshooting and maintenance skills • Ability to work independently and respond effectively to emergencies • High School Diploma or GED • Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Preferred Qualifications

• Electrical, Mechanical, HVAC, or Facilities certifications • Data center experience • Experience using CMMS or maintenance tracking software • Understanding of change management processes • Experience working in mission-critical environments Schedule Requirements

• Ability to work 12-hour shifts • Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed • Overtime opportunities available What We Offer
