About this role

FAMILY PARTNERSHIP LEAD

Salary: NJC Scale Level 4 TA points 12 to 15 (£28,598 to £30,024 per annum FTE - pay award pending). Actual salary £24,198.31 per annum

Contract: Permanent, 32.5 hours per week - Monday to Friday 08.15 to 15.15 with a 30 minute unpaid break. Term time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per year).

The Role

As our Family Partnership Lead, you will:

Build positive, trusting relationships with children, families and staff Act as a key link between home and school, ensuring families feel listened to, valued and supported Work collaboratively with teachers, phase leaders and senior leaders to improve outcomes for children Support attendance, engagement and wellbeing across the school community Help identify and overcome barriers that may impact children's learning and success Provide guidance, support and signposting for families when needed Develop opportunities for parental engagement and community involvement Champion our values of Respect, Aspire and Grow in all aspects of your work Contribute positively to our strong culture of teamwork and continuous improvement We're Looking For Someone Who:
