Salary: NJC Scale 3 points 5 to 6 (£25,583 to £25,989 per annum FTE - pay award pending). Actual salary £15,211.51 per annum on point
Contract: Permanent, 26 hours per week - Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08.30 to 15.30 with a 30 minute unpaid break. Term time plus 2 training days in September and October (38.4 weeks per yea

We are seeking a School Administrator to join our friendly and dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a vital role within our school office, supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the school and helping to ensure that every child, family and visitor receives a warm and professional experience.

The Role
As our School Administrator, you will:
Be a welcoming and professional first point of contact for pupils, families, visitors and staff Support the smooth and efficient running of the school office Manage a range of administrative duties including records, correspondence and communications Provide excellent customer service to families and visitors Support attendance processes and maintain accurate school records Assist with school events, visits and wider administrative functions Work collaboratively with colleagues across the school to support pupils and families Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of your work Promote our values of Respect, Aspire and Grow through your daily interactions We're Looking For Someone Who:
