About this role

Job summary The Culture, Leadership & OD Delivery Officer (Band 5) provides high-quality administrative, operational and programme coordination support across the Trust's leadership development, organisational development, staff engagement and culture improvement programmes. The postholder is responsible for supporting the planning, delivery, communication, monitoring and evaluation of a range of Trust-wide initiatives, ensuring programmes are delivered efficiently and effectively. The role acts as a central point of coordination for programme logistics, reporting, stakeholder engagement and learner support, enabling specialist OD and leadership colleagues to focus on strategic consultancy, facilitation and transformation activity that supports the Trust's workforce and organisational priorities.

Main duties of the job To provide high-quality administrative, operational and programme delivery support across the Trust's leadership development, organisational development, staff engagement and culture programmes. The postholder will coordinate and support the planning, promotion, delivery and evaluation of OD and leadership initiatives; manage programme logistics, communications, data collection and reporting; maintain effective systems and processes; support workshops, events and interventions; and work collaboratively with stakeholders across the Trust to ensure successful delivery of Culture, Leadership & OD priorities.

Job description Job responsibilities The postholder will provide comprehensive administrative, operational and programme management support across the Trust's Culture, Leadership & Organisational Development portfolio. This includes coordinating leadership development programmes, organisational development interventions, staff engagement initiatives and culture improvement activities; managing programme logistics, communications, bookings, learner records and reporting; supporting the planning, delivery and evaluation of workshops, events and development activities; maintaining accurate data and programme information; producing reports and performance information; and acting as a key point of contact for stakeholders across the Trust. The role will work closely with Culture, Leadership & OD colleagues to ensure the effective delivery of Trust-wide workforce priorities, while enabling specialist staff to focus on strategic consultancy, facilitation and transformation work. It will also support continuous improvement, contribute to the development of effective systems and processes, and ensure high standards of customer service and programme administration are maintained across all areas of activity.

Person Specification

Qualifications Essential

Educated to, or studying for, a specialist in-depth Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD) accredited diploma (L3 or above) supported by significant experience in a similar OD-related role Hold, or be in the process of obtaining, professional membership of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) - Associate level or above Significant evidence of continuous professional development i.e. Facet 5 or equivalent personality profiling accreditation, cultural competency trainer, coaching conversation trained, professional practice development, attending OD or related People-function masterclasses

Knowledge/Experience Essential

Experience of providing information, advice and guidance to individuals or groups, where such may be sensitive or contentious Significant knowledge of practical and theoretical specialist OD techniques supported by similar levels of experience in applying these to a range of OD activities and procedures i.e. learner group facilitation, supporting the delivery of specialist OD support workshops, coaching conversations, personality profiling Experience of providing feedback to learners and potential learners on a 1-1 basis following assessments Experience of preparing and taking of minutes Advanced knowledge of MS Office Experience of using Oracle to create and/or approve requisitions up to an authorised limit
