Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies in collaboration with the Sales Manager to achieve event sales targets and business objectives. Identify and develop new business opportunities by building relationships with corporate clients, event planners, organizations, and other potential customers. Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, cold calling, digital marketing, and other sales channels. Manage the end-to-end event sales process, including responding to enquiries, preparing proposals and contracts, conducting site visits, and securing event bookings. Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions, recommending suitable event packages, services, and offerings to meet and exceed customer expectations. Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing customer and market insights to support sales and event strategies. Collaborate closely with the Events and Operations teams to ensure effective communication, smooth event execution, and overall client satisfaction. Maintain accurate sales records and client information, while monitoring prospects, sales activities, bookings, and performance against targets. Job Responsibilities Person Specifications Degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field from a recognized university. CIM or other relevant professional qualification in Marketing will be an added advantage. 2–3 years of progressive experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably within a five-star hotel or hospitality environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client relationship management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong planning and organizational skills and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
