Job Responsibilities Ensure the management, upkeep, and support of the organization's infrastructure, devices, and IT equipment, delivering necessary assistance to end users. Plan, initiate, and oversee the implementation and deployment of security measures, compliance initiatives, new projects, and other technology-related advancements. Deliver comprehensive daily IT operational support to end users, addressing systems, infrastructure, networks, and other technology-related concerns to ensure seamless functionality and efficiency. Oversee, maintain, and regularly update all IT-related Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), documentation, and related materials to ensure accuracy, compliance, and operational efficiency. Person Specifications Minimum 2 years of experience in similar capacity. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences.
