About this role
DescriptionAs a Change Manager you will be a key member supporting one or more initiatives that impact strategic goals in the client's Technology Services. You will partner with program managers, product managers, and subject matter experts to define and execute end to end change plans that support the business goals of acquisition integrations and other strategic programs to minimize disruption and increase end user adoption across business and technical functions.What you'll Do • Develop and strengthen relationships, collaborating with executive sponsors, program team members, and functional partners to ensure organizational change for programs is planned and executed optimally• Engage with business & IT team members to ensure cross-team & multi-functional collaboration and alignment• Assess the magnitude of a given change and recommend the appropriate level of engagement to successfully minimize disruption and drive adoption• Deliver on all areas of change including end user identification and engagement, change impacts and readiness, communications at all levels, training assessment and development, anticipating and addressing resistance, and reinforcement (additional details below)• Drive continuous improvement, incorporating feedback and lessons learned into updated Change and Program Management processes and tools• Partner with another BCM resource, the Field readiness and Enablement team, and the broader BCM team to execute the following for the Net Dollar Retention Program:1. Review and update all Change Agent Network materialso Network communicationso Meeting Content and Materialo Meeting facilitation and report outs o Develop and execute plan for ongoing engagement 2. Review and update all training materials created to date:o Sales Enablemento Sales forecastingo SLMo Dictionary / Glossary3. Support creation of new training materials:o Adjustment toolo Partner Programo Native CRM reporting changes 4. Author and coordinate for review all communication to stakeholders regarding N$R program phases:o Data Clean-upo Dual reportingo GTM Planning kickoffo Release (Sales Comp Summit)o Post release support5. Manage, updates, and maintain Personas of impacted userso Continual partnership with SMEs and Impacted End-Userso Update and maintain previously developed change contento Capture, validate, document change impacts by Personao Identify and communicate risks, issues, and gaps6. Revised training and communication plan:o Consideration of GTM planning kick-offo Alignment with finance change efforts, enablement, and end-user support desks7. Facilitate training of a basic understanding to:o SOMso Sales Managerso Forecastingo RRPO teamo Partner Managerso Finance (support only)o Romania team (support only)8. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $75.00 - $82.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
