• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls regarding orders, referrals, and customer inquiries • Assist customers by phone, email, and in person when needed • Accurately enter and review customer information within electronic medical record (EMR) systems • Verify insurance information, authorizations, and documentation requirements • Follow up with customers regarding missing or incomplete documentation • Process and submit orders and supporting documentation accurately and efficiently • Resolve customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate • Collaborate with internal teams to identify trends and improve customer experience • Maintain detailed records according to company policies and procedures • Meet quality, productivity, and performance goals Qualifications Required
• 1+ year of customer service experience • 1+ year in a call center or other high-volume customer-facing role (40+ calls per day) • Experience using Microsoft Office applications • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills • Ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously • Basic computer proficiency Preferred
• Durable Medical Equipment (DME) experience • Bilingual skills • Office-based customer service experience • Experience working with insurance verification or healthcare referrals Schedule Choose from:
• Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM • Monday-Friday, 10:30 AM - 6:00 PM Preference given to candidates available to work at least one weekend day.
