Your role extends beyond crafting exceptional designs; it's about adding depth and meaning to the experience while maintaining our core values. Lead product design initiatives from conception to final execution Drive continuous improvements in our design processes, proposing strategies to elevate the quality of outputs Ensure consistency in design outputs by collaborating closely with product managers, other designers and engineers Drive the evolution and adherence to SafetyWing's design system Present product design ideas to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
