Job summary
The Willow Group has an exciting opportunity for a Healthcare Support Worker (HCSW) to join our forward-thinking and innovative GP group, providing primary care services to approximately 48,000 patients across five sites in Gosport.
As a Healthcare Support Worker, you will be a valued member of our multidisciplinary team, supporting the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care to patients. Working under the direction of a Registered Nurse or other qualified healthcare professional, you will provide physical and psychological support in accordance with individual care plans and practice procedures.

Main duties of the job Key Responsibilities

Qualifications Essential
NVQ2 in Health care or equivalent Phlebotomy certification

ECDL NVQ level 3
Experience Essential
Working in a health care setting Good communication and team working skills. Previous experience of working as a member of a team. Confidence working with computers and e-mail.

Experience of EMIS Working in General Practice
