Job summary
We are looking for a friendly and organised Dental Receptionist to join our team on a part-time basis (14 hours per week) supporting services across Kingston, Richmond and Wandsworth.
The role is patient-facing and involves welcoming patients, managing appointments, handling enquiries, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of clinics. The successful candidate will also be required to provide cross-cover for colleagues across sites when needed, so flexibility and the ability to travel between locations are essential.
Hours: 14 hours per week (approximately 0.37 WTE)

Person Specification
Education and Qualifications Desirable
Good standard of general education (minimum GCSEs or equivalent, including English and Mathematics at Grade C/4 or above) NVQ Level 3 / BTEC / A-levels or equivalent experience in an administrative or office-based role
Knowledge and Experienece Desirable
Experience working in an administrative or coordination role within a busy office, clinical, or educational environment Experience dealing with students, patients, or service users in a structured service environment Experience collecting, collating, and summarising feedback or survey data
Skills and Competencies Essential
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with clinical, academic, and administrative staff Ability to use initiative and problem-solve within agreed boundaries Competent in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
