An exciting opportunity has arisen to join thePractice Development Team as a Senior Learning Administrator.

The Practice Development Team plays a key role in supporting the learning, development and professional growth of our nursing, midwifery and AHP workforce. We are looking for an enthusiastic and highly organised individual to provide high-quality administrative support across a range of learning and development programmes and initiatives.

As a Senior Learning Administrator, you will be an integral member of the team, coordinating and supporting the delivery of learning activities, maintaining accurate records and systems, and providing an excellent service to staff, learners, educators and colleagues across the organisation.

The Senior Learning Administrator will provide a comprehensive administrative support service to staff within the Practice Development Team. This will include providing support to staff from across the organisation on a daily basis, responding to complex and routine enquiries and assisting in the provision of a quality administrative service.

Qualifications Essential

Educated to GCSE Level NVQ Level III in Business Administration/Customer Service or equivalent portfolio of experience

Desirable

RSA Level 2, ECDL or equivalent

Knowldege and experience Essential

General administration and office skills experience Data entry and retrieval using databases Servicing meetings e.g. agenda, minutes etc Knowledge of administrative procedures

Desirable

Experience and knowledge of ESR/OLM NHS experience Experience and knowledge of Word and Excel

Skills and Aptitudes Essential

Good attention to detail Experience of collating, analysing and presenting information Good verbal and written communication skills Ability to work flexibly to meet demands of the role Time Management skills and ability to prioritise work and use initiative Knowledge of general office equipment Willingness to learn/adapt working practices to support ongoing improvements within the service Problem solving skills Ability to work well as part of a team
