Venue Supervisor: Pāpāmoa Sport & Recreation Centre
We have an exciting internal opportunity for a Venue Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operation of Pāpāmoa Sport & Recreation Centre.
This is a hands-on and varied role responsible for ensuring the venue is safe, welcoming and well presented, supporting our Duty Managers and Waitpersons, coordinating bookings and community events, and building strong relationships with customers and the wider Pāpāmoa community.
Working alongside the Community Hubs Manager, you’ll help grow venue utilisation, identify new opportunities, respond to customer feedback and deliver exceptional experiences for everyone who walks through our doors.
We’re looking for a confident, organised and community-focused person who demonstrates initiative, communicates well and remains calm under pressure. Experience in venue operations, event delivery or licensed premises would be an advantage.
