QualificationsYour resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11/12 grade level or NT-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector managing technical projects, digital workflows, or modern operational environments; leading teams, workload distribution, and talent development; and executing programs, including product delivery, resource allocation, and technical competency support. Major DutiesYou will serve as the Supervisory Information Technology (IT) Specialist (Competency Branch Head) and first-line supervisor within the Digital Transformation Division.You will focus on IT personnel management and ensure the long-term technical health, capability, and readiness of the IT workforce.You will manage and supervise IT professionals of varying disciplines and grade levels, leading a diverse workforce that provides enterprise digital infrastructure and IT logistics support to the Fleet.You will assign work to subordinates based on strategic IT priorities and Agile tasking frameworks considering the complexity of technical infrastructure and security.You will be responsible for staffing and recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance and quality improvement.
